Before founding Mosaic in 2000, Dan Hamilton and Chris Wilson worked together on software projects. They saw the challenges clients faced after new software was installed. Implementation happened at such a breakneck speed that clients were destined to have issues. No one was there to ensure product success or longevity.
Dan and Chris knew – there had to be a better way. They could picture the possibilities. Together, they launched Mosaic. Inside their new effort, Chris and Dan created relationships with clients to allow more time to assess their pain points, implement solutions, and offer ongoing support to ensure future success.
